Hiring the venue

Your hireage includes;

  • Modern mens and womans restrooms

  • New kitchenette

  • Inside bar, large outdoor chiller, and a Bar Manager for the duration of your event (a requirement by Auckland Council).

  • Furniture to choose from including some casual seating, tables, and bar leaners

  • An arch for your ceremony (or an option to bring your own)

  • Glassware for functions of up to 120 people

  • Built in speaker system with a microphone and speakers out to the field

  • Fairy lights in the terraced area

  • Festoon lighting outside the clubhouse entrance door and down the tree line from the clubhouse.

  • Picket fences, picnic tables and a few trestle tables

  • A radiant blow heater to keep the chill off in the cooler months.

  • Ample hard surface parking, with easy access for all.

Occupancy numbers for the clubhouse can be discussed with our functions coordinator as the venue can host up to 120 people; however, there is an option of joining a marquee onto the building for a larger party. You will need to organise a caterer of your choice, tables and chairs for formal events, as well as other extras such as decorations, florist, celebrant, DJ/band. We have a range of extra decorative items and lawn games available to hire in addition to the venue As this is a licensed bar, we provide our own alcohol.
